# National saved hearing schedules and official adjournment events

Fixed national default summary: master and individual combined, future months 2026-09–2027-08; national lead distribution over all published future months 2026-09–2036-08; official national adjournment events FY2018–FY2026. This is not the current HTML court, type or month selection or a full grouped export. Query parameters are not supported.

Stable series, row and metric IDs resolve each value together with its state/reason, unit, population, period, sourceRef and method. Counts are exact integers; percentage cells retain the unrounded value, numerator, denominator and formula. Median months are calendar months, not numeric durations.

available zero is a confirmed aggregate count. Missing, source-withheld, not applicable, zero denominator, empty median sample and technical failure are distinct; none is imputed as zero. Status groups describe the published classification, not attendance or a final personal outcome.

## Saved schedule records in the default twelve months

The unit is a saved schedule record, not a person, a unique case, an asylum application or a completed hearing. Only the twelve published master/individual schedule types are included, not every source schedule type. Future means after the fixed snapshot 2026-08-31, not after today.

ADJ_DATE is parsed with TRY_CAST(ADJ_DATE AS DATE) and grouped by calendar month. Schedule and proceeding keys must be unique and the joins preserve record counts. A future observation must pass reason, proceeding linkage, case consistency, completion, calendar, creation-date and start-time checks, then duplicate-slot and multiple-open-slot checks. Only future_observation enters the headline and chart. recorded_reason, completed_proceeding and created_after_cutoff are excluded; all remaining statuses are not confirmed. These are precedence-based disjoint groups, not independent flags. Unconfirmed is neither valid nor cancelled. Duplicate slots and multiple unresolved slots remain separate; no latest-ID deduplication is used.

snapshotCount counts the selected twelve types across all saved dates; excludedDatesAllTime counts invalid_date, sentinel_date and beyond_horizon across those dates. Neither is the default twelve-month denominator. A zero month means no matching record in this snapshot, not no real-world schedule. No value is carried across an empty month.

## National lead distribution over all published future months

The unit is a saved schedule record, not a person, a unique case, an asylum application or a completed hearing. Only the twelve published master/individual schedule types are included, not every source schedule type. Future means after the fixed snapshot 2026-08-31, not after today.

Only future_observation records, national and master/individual combined, over all published future months independently of the twelve-month selection. Calendar-month distance = 12*(year-2026)+(month-8). Bands are 1–3, 4–6, 7–12 and 13–120 months. N is the sum of the four counts; shares are 100*count/N, displayed to one decimal with halfExpand. The medianMonth is the first chronologically ordered month whose cumulative count reaches ceil(N/2); an even N uses the earlier weighted middle month, without interpolation. Empty N has no median month and no numeric share.

Lead is not elapsed waiting time, time between hearings, remaining waiting time or a personal prediction. 2036-08 is a reporting boundary, not the latest possible real-world schedule date. A saved slot does not confirm that a hearing still stands or occurred.
