This guide preserves the page’s explanations and conditional next steps. It does not carry current filters, individual case information or a provider directory export.
Official procedural sources checked 2026-10-16. Individual notices and current official instructions matter for your case. This does not verify an individual case or a provider’s current availability.

Find providers listed for your court
Choose the court named on your notice. You do not need to enter your case number or address.
Listings are not recommendations. Contact a provider to confirm availability, language, fees and eligibility.
What should I ask when I call?
Do you take cases at my court, and are you accepting new clients?
Can you help in my language?
Is there a fee, and what work does it cover?
What documents should I bring, and do I need an appointment?
Check before you hire someone
A name on a list does not guarantee a result. Check the person’s professional status and what work they are allowed to do.
Some accredited representatives can work only with DHS. Full accreditation also covers immigration court and BIA work. Check the current official roster.
About this directory
Entries reproduce the official list for navigation; they are not recommendations or rankings by this project. Service conditions and official names retain the source language. Read all restrictions before contacting a provider.
List published 2026-07; checked 2026-09-15. Call to confirm services and availability. A listing does not guarantee an appointment or free service for every matter.
Coverage and source versions are listed separately from publication, acquisition and later checks. A check does not extend the records beyond their cutoff.
