Court, judge and nationality selection methodology
Public administrative filters with complete counts from verified EOIR source data.
Matching records
Filters select one precomputed cohort: national, court, judge-at-court, nationality, court × nationality or judge-at-court × nationality. Matching does not imply similar evidence, legal claims, credibility or circumstances. No personal information or narrative is requested.
Counts, intervals and comparisons
G, D, N, grant share and Wilson intervals come from the same source-derived cell. Nationality intersections with any eligible outcome record are shown, including N = 1. Parent differences require N ≥ 100 in both cells for the same period because smaller rates fluctuate sharply. Parent removes judge, then court, then nationality. No difference is shown for an unavailable parent.
Periods and missing values
Five complete fiscal years are available. Complete public-source multi-year windows sum their annual counts, treating a year without records as zero. A group with no eligible outcome in the selected period is described as having no record, not as withheld. When a wider group is shown, it is named as wider context rather than the combination you chose.
Lawyer records
The representative-filing proxy is available nationally and for every observed court, judge-at-court, nationality and intersection group. Both category counts are public; a category with zero records has no grant share and cannot form a two-rate comparison. A missing group in the complete source has no eligible record in the defined period.
