Historical asylum records · Baton Rouge (BTR) · All nationalities · FY2025
2024-10-01 — 2025-09-30
No published grant or denial observation for this exact group and period. Missing data does not establish zero records or a pending case.
Recorded grant share = grants ÷ (grants + denials).
Only recorded asylum grants and denials enter this denominator; other results are excluded. Proceedings are not people. Historical data is not an individual outcome prediction.
Other measures for this selection
Each measure below has its own eligible records. Its denominator differs from the grant-and-denial total.
In absentia flag
A stored in absentia flag is not proof of the reason for nonattendance.
Small group: fewer than 100 eligible source records. Descriptive results can vary sharply.
Records entering the database in this fiscal year
Entry year differs from outcome completion year. Missing completion does not establish a pending case.

How to read this context
Check the group named beside each figure; some figures cover a wider group than your selection. Compare the period and record count before reading the share.
How is the asylum grant rate calculated?
The recorded grant share divides asylum grant records by grant plus denial records. Withdrawals, abandonments and other results do not enter this denominator. These are proceeding records, not unique people.
What these records cannot show
“Matching” means only these public database characteristics. These cases may have different facts, evidence, legal claims and personal circumstances.
Can these historical rates predict my case?
No. These are descriptive historical records. Cases in the same court, judge-code or nationality group can differ in facts, evidence and legal claims. A representative filing record does not prove legal assistance or explain what caused an outcome.
Where do these asylum statistics come from?
These figures come from published EOIR CASE data. The source edition and cutoff appear beside the results. A source cutoff is different from the fiscal-year period selected above.
Fiscal years and percentage points
FY2025 means 2024-10-01 to 2025-09-30. A change from 20% to 30% is 10 percentage points.
