Immigration court hearing schedules and adjournments
Explore monthly hearing schedule records by court and national adjournment counts. Each series shows its own source, period and counting rules.
Saved hearing schedules by month
Monthly counts of scheduled hearing records saved in the public EOIR data.
Source snapshot cutoff: 2026-08-31
For your own hearing date, use your latest notice and EOIR case information. “Future” here means after the data snapshot date; a saved schedule does not confirm that a hearing still stands.

The unit is a saved schedule record. It is not a person, a case, an asylum application or a completed hearing.

This distribution uses all future months in the published snapshot for the selected court and hearing type, regardless of the month-range filter above. It measures the gap from the snapshot date to a saved schedule month. It is not time already waited, time between hearings, proof a hearing occurred, or a personal estimate. Schedule lead method

A zero month means this snapshot holds no matching record for that month. It is not evidence that nothing was scheduled, and no value is carried across an empty month.
This schedule section provides monthly counts by court and hearing type. It does not verify that hearings took place or provide hearing medium, transfer histories, time between hearings or personal waiting-time estimates.
There is no case-number search, no day-by-day list, no record-level download and no field for personal information. The schedule types counted here are the twelve master and individual types named in the source package, not every schedule type in the data.
The reported range ends in 2036-08. That is how far this report goes, not a limit on how far a hearing can be scheduled, and the curve is never extended past it.
Hearing adjournments by medium
Official national adjournment events by recorded hearing medium. These are not unique people, unique cases or a count of verified completed hearings.

How to read this table
FY2026 covers 2025-10-01 through 2026-06-30. It is cumulative through the third quarter, not activity in that quarter alone.
Includes all hearing types. Excludes code 59 (court closure), code 99 (data entry error), and records with the medium No Hearing.
Internet and video teleconferencing (VTC) are combined in the official source. No separate internet-only count is inferred.
Fixed national default summary; court, hearing type and month filters are not carried into JSON or Markdown: JSONMarkdown
Coverage and source versions are listed separately from publication, acquisition and later checks. A check does not extend the records beyond their cutoff.
